1:1 Coaching
For the unconventional thinkers and high-achievers ready to stop performing and start thriving.
Does it feel like you’re successful on paper, but depleted inside?
Whether it's at the boardroom table or around the kitchen table, many of us spend our lives 'masking', performing a version of ourselves that we think the world wants to see.
It’s exhausting, it’s unsustainable, and it leads to a profound sense of disconnection.
If you’re hitting communication roadblocks, feeling distant in your relationships, or realised you've lost the joy in your day-to-day life, hear this: You aren’t broken. You’re just operating in a system that wasn't built for you.
Whether you're leading a boardroom or redesigning your life, the shift starts here...
How I Work
Coaching is the intervention between where you are and where you want to be. I provide
a calm, non-judgmental "safe space" where you can finally drop the mask. My approach blends neuroscience, psychometrics, and deep empathy to help you build a Personal Operating System that actually supports your nervous system.
Together, we tackle the "Nuts and Bolts" of your experience:
-
Clarity: Cutting through the noise to understand what makes you tick.
-
Mindset: Challenging old beliefs that no longer serve you.
-
Action: Setting inspiring, grounded goals with the accountability to actually reach them.

Want to go deeper?
We can layer in MBTI® or Clifton Strengths to your coaching journey.
These aren't just tests; they are a shortcut to self-awareness, helping you understand your natural strengths and communication style with radical clarity.
Kind words & client wins
Breaking the Perfectionism Loop
The Challenge: "I have an accountability problem." Clare, a high-achieving neurodiverse consultant and mum, felt stuck. She was convinced she just needed better "motivation hacks" or someone to keep her on track. She was drowning in procrastination and felt disconnected from her drive.
The Reality Check: We stopped focusing on the "doing" and started exploring the "why." Through our sessions, we uncovered the true driver: Clare wasn't lazy; she was a perfectionist. Her brain was telling her that if it wasn’t going to be flawless, it wasn’t worth starting.
The Shift: We ditched the generic productivity tools and focused on her nervous system and mindset. We reframed "Starting" as the ultimate win and connected her daily tasks back to her deeper values.
The Result: Clare moved from "stuck" to "starting." By identifying the root cause rather than just the symptom, she unlocked a new level of
self-awareness that transformed her work and her peace of mind.

Reclaiming the 'Adult' in the Room

The Challenge: "I feel unheard and stuck." A Product Manager new to leadership felt like he was hitting a wall. He was convinced his manager was holding him back and felt powerless to change the dynamic. The frustration was leaking into his own team leadership and stalling his career momentum.
The Reality Check: We looked beneath the surface of the "boss problem" using Transactional Analysis. We identified a "Parent-Child" dynamic that was keeping him small. The breakthrough? He realised he was accidentally recreating that same disempowering dynamic with his own direct reports.
The Shift: By recognising these patterns, he was able to shift his communication from "reactionary" to "intentional." We moved him out of the 'Child' role and into a confident, 'Adult' leadership style. He stopped waiting for permission and started leading with authority.
The Result: He didn’t just fix one work relationship; he transformed his entire leadership identity. He gained a structured approach to his team’s growth and a massive, measurable shift in his professional confidence.
