a recovering overperformer who finally stopped trying to fit in.

Hi, I'm Sarah
For 15 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in high-stakes HR and L&D roles. On paper, I was successful. In reality, I was stuck in a relentless cycle of masking, over-performing, and burn out. I thought I was broken, until a late ADHD diagnosis changed everything.
I realised I wasn't the problem; the fit was.
Now, I’m the intervention I wish I’d had. As an EMCC accredited coach, I help "Square Pegs" and scaling businesses move from "performing" to "thriving."
My approach is about neuroscience, psychodynamics, and systemic alignment. I specialise in creating safe spaces where you can finally drop the professional mask and build a personal style and workplace that actually supports your nervous system.
I’m not here to tell you who to be. I’m here to help you unmask, rediscover your individuality, and thrive on your own terms.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
Let’s build a life that actually fits you.
